Your acknowledgement and agreement to the Copyright Acknowledgment is implied by your continued use, access to the MOHAN Foundation elearning platform.

Copyright acknowledgement

1. The participants of the e-learning programme acknowledge that the materials available on the MOHAN Foundation elearning platform are created within or on behalf of the organization, strictly intended for educational, informative and research purposes only. MOHAN Foundation is a limited license holder the same on their website.
2. Users are permitted to print, or download select study materials, made available on the elearning platform, for their own non-commercial personal use only.
3. The users acknowledge that the training material on the elearning platform may include resource materials shared by external faculty / collaborating organisations, for research, educational purposes only. Users are not permitted to download, share, print or appropriate such select external training resources, for their own personal use, without the express approval from MOHAN Foundation and the external faculty/ collaborating organizations.
4. The users shall not use, modify, host, store, publish the resource material for any commercial activities which may lead to a misappropriation of the training initiative of MOHAN Foundation. You confirm and undertake not to utilize any data mining tools, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract for re-utilization of any resource materials made available on the elearning platform.
